With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, Tim Wilson is well known for his passion for the housing and mortgage finance industry. His focus has always been to provide the best customer experience in the mortgage industry and Tim supports that by ensuring that each team member feels empowered to make a difference in a customer’s transaction. His leadership is the driving force behind Prosperity becoming one of the largest independent mortgage banks in the United States.
Chief Operating Office
Justin Messer's 15 years of experience in mortgage banking, primarily in capital markets, has laid the groundwork for his role as Prosperity’s Chief Operating Officer. He works alongside our CEO to execute Prosperity’s vison within each business unit. Justin is leading the way in our drive to constantly improve our process, increase our efficiencies and create an industry leading customer experience.
Katherine’s 20+ years of experience in government, commercial finance law and more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate and mortgage industries have uniquely prepared her to handle all of Prosperity’s legal affairs. As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Katherine oversees contract negotiation, licensing, corporate law, and our relationships with regulatory agencies.
SVP, National Operations and Credit Risk
Brenna Dutton's passion for customer service is beyond measure. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry she oversees processing, underwriting, closing, and credit risk. In her role, she ensures that the Operations team is focused on quality in all aspects of the loan process from credit to customer service.
Becky Helvey's 20 years in the mortgage industry and background in operations, sales, analytics, and reporting have prepared her for her current role, as SVP, Administration, ensuring that each Prosperity team member has the tools they need to excel in their position. She not only focuses on the individual team member, but also the overall strategy of the company’s vendor management and data security.
David Lipscomb oversees all of Prosperity’s financial and accounting functions. David’s focus on delivering accurate financial records, and ensuring those records align with the company’s operational and regulatory compliance goals and needs are supported by his extensive background of more than 30 years in mortgage and finance.

Matt Torres has a breadth of knowledge of financial services that he has gained from his 20 plus years of industry experience ranging from operations and sales roles to compliance and analytics. As SVP, Compliance & Community Lending, Matt continues to innovate and maintain our industry leading position in Compliance and Fair Lending.
VP, Chief Appraise
Brian Quinlan’s over 30 years of collateral experience more than qualify him to serve as Prosperity’s Chief Appraiser. Brian leads Prosperity’s Collateral Management group and his team is responsible for tasks ranging from setting appraisal and condo policy to appraisal vendor management, quality control and appraisal review. Under his leadership, Prosperity has built a customer centric, purchase focused collateral process that ranks as an industry standard in both quality and efficiency.

Kim Kurkowski has been working exclusively in the financial services industry for 30 plus years with a focus on sales, marketing, and in leadership roles. She currently leads the Northeast and Midwest United States division in sales production and earning market share with a team focus on excellence in customer service.

Harris Laskey leads the West Coast division of Prosperity with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Harris has held positions overseeing area, regional and national leadership roles responsible for production, sales leadership, corporate strategy, and operations and marketing. Harris's responsibilities focus on the growth, strategy and sales production for his division.
National Community Development & Outreach Manager
April Alexander is an experienced Community Outreach Manager with a demonstrated history of helping under-served, and minority and low-income sectors of the housing industry. She is skilled in banking, credit analysis, U.S. housing and Development business relationship building and has a strong community and social service reputation within the industry.

Ron Wivagg has been leading sales teams and providing operations guidance for over 30 years. His skills in product development, strategic planning, budgeting, public speaking and capital management, prepared him well for his current responsibilities of developing key sales strategies and initiatives, and overseeing portfolio retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
